What we usually find

Why does the phone go quiet when it rains?

The phone usually goes quiet because of fixable gaps, not a small ad budget. When we audit a restoration company, the same six problems come up again and again: the wrong profile category, a small map footprint, a weak website, shared leads, missed calls and reports with no call numbers.

  1. 01

Your Google Business Profile has the wrong primary category.

FixWe set it to Water damage restoration service, add your real services and service area, and keep it active every week.

  2. 02

You show up on Maps near your shop and disappear two miles out.

FixWe scan the map on a grid, then build service-area pages, reviews and citations where you are missing.

  3. 03

The website buries the phone number and has one page for everything.

FixWe rebuild it in 7 days with a page per damage type and a call button that never leaves the screen on mobile.

  4. 04

You pay for leads that go to three other companies at the same time.

FixWe build calls that come to you alone, from your own profile, site and ads.

  5. 05

Nobody answers at 2 a.m., so the storm calls go to the next name.

FixFull Pipeline adds an after-hours receptionist that takes the address and damage type and texts you.

  6. 06

Your reports show rankings and traffic, but not calls.

FixEvery report opens with tracked calls, answered calls and booked inspections. Rankings come after.

Built for restoration

Which water damage jobs do we build pages for?

Homeowners do not search for restoration. They search for what just broke. Every client site gets a page for each type of damage the company actually handles, from burst pipes and flooded basements to sewage backups and storm damage, written from how their own crews work.

Burst pipes

Pages that rank before the first hard freeze, when the burst-pipe calls start.

Flooded basements

Sump pump failures, snowmelt and heavy rain, with the cleanup steps homeowners look for.

Sewage backups

Contaminated water needs different handling, and searchers want to know you do it safely.

Storm and flood damage

Ready for storm weeks, with Local Services Ads budgets that can rise with the forecast.

Mold remediation

Only where you hold the license, written to the rules in your state.

Commercial water damage

Apartments, offices and property managers, with a page built for a slower, bigger decision.

How it works

How does working with RestorationFlow work?

Working with RestorationFlow follows three steps. A free 30-minute strategy call looks at your map pack and website live. A 7-day Website Sprint rebuilds your site with call tracking. Then, from day 30, the monthly Growth System runs your profile, reviews, pages and ads.

  1. Day 0

    A 30-minute strategy call

We pull up your Google Business Profile, the map pack in your city and your website on the call. You see what the top three companies are doing that you are not.

  2. Days 1 to 7

    The Website Sprint

A page for each damage type and service area, a call button on every mobile screen, call tracking and Search Console. Live in 7 days, and it is yours.

  3. Day 30 onward

    The Growth System

We run your profile, reviews, citations and new area pages, plus Local Services Ads on Full Pipeline. A report on the 1st that starts with calls.

Pricing

How much does restoration marketing cost with RestorationFlow?

Restoration marketing with RestorationFlow costs $1,500 or $2,500 a month after a one-time Website Sprint. Every client starts with the sprint, then picks a plan that begins 30 days after launch. Both plans guarantee calls, not rankings, because calls are what pay for trucks.

Fit check

Is RestorationFlow the right fit for your company?

RestorationFlow fits owner-operated restoration and mitigation companies with crew capacity, round-the-clock answering and a wish to measure calls. It is not a fit for franchise locations, booked-out crews or anyone hoping SEO hides a reputation problem. We would rather say no early than take a budget we cannot use.

We are a good fit if

  • Owner-operated restoration or mitigation company
  • Crews with room for more jobs
  • Someone answers the phone day and night
  • You want calls measured, not just rankings

We are not a fit if

  • Franchise locations that cannot edit their profile
  • Crews already booked out
  • Calls going to voicemail after hours
  • Hoping SEO will hide a reputation problem

Reporting

How will you know the marketing is working?

You will know it is working from recorded calls, not promises. Every month you get tracked call counts, a grid scan of your map rankings and a report that leads with calls and booked inspections. We do not show logos of companies we have not worked with or invent case studies.

Restoration case studies will be published here once clients pass day 60 and agree to share their numbers.

Every call, recorded

A CallRail number on your site and profile, so you can hear the calls we count.

Your map, on a grid

A scan of your rankings across your service area on the same day and hour each month.

Calls come first

Calls this month against last, answered calls and booked inspections. Then rankings and reviews.

Everything in your name

The website, the Google profile and the ad accounts belong to you, not to us.

How much does restoration marketing cost with RestorationFlow?

The Website Sprint is $2,500 one time, or $1,500 with Full Pipeline. Monthly plans are $1,500 (Launch) or $2,500 (Full Pipeline). Ad spend for Local Services Ads is paid to Google directly. Every price is on our pricing page.

How soon do the calls start?

The new site goes live in 7 days and call tracking starts that day. Map pack movement takes longer, often one to three months in a competitive city. Local Services Ads on Full Pipeline can bring calls in the first few weeks while the organic work builds.

What does the calls guarantee cover?

Launch guarantees 10 tracked calls a month and Full Pipeline guarantees 20, within 60 days of the start date. If we miss it, that month is free. Calls are counted in CallRail, which records every call so you can hear them.

Do you work with franchises?

No. Franchise owners usually cannot change their Google Business Profile or website, which are the two things we fix first. We work with owner-operated restoration and mitigation companies across the United States.

Do I need a new website?

Every client starts with the 7-day Website Sprint. Most restoration sites we audit hide the phone number, have one page for every kind of damage and have no call tracking, and the monthly work depends on all three being fixed first.

Do you build pages for every type of water damage?

We build a page for each service you actually perform, such as burst pipes, flooded basements, sewage cleanup and storm damage. Mold pages go live only where you hold the license. We never publish a page for work you do not do.

Will this work in a city with lots of franchise competitors?

Usually yes, though it takes longer. Franchise locations often share template pages and cannot edit their own profiles. An owner-operated company with specific pages, real job photos and steady reviews can outrank them, especially in the towns around the metro.

Who owns the website and accounts?

You do. The website, the domain, your Google Business Profile and any ad accounts are set up in your company name. If you ever stop working with us, you keep all of it.

Find out where your calls are leaking

Thirty minutes on a call. We look at your Google Business Profile, your map rankings and your website together, and you leave with the three fixes that matter most, whether you hire us or not.
