Privacy policy

This page explains what information RestorationFlow collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

This website does not use advertising cookies. We collect information only when you choose to send it:

  • Email. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to work with you.
  • Free audit form. When you request an audit, the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, website, city and your message) are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, under its own privacy policy. We use them only to prepare your audit and reply to you.
  • Strategy call booking. Booking links go to Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and any answers you give.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, run strategy calls and deliver work you hire us for. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Client data

When you hire us, we may get access to your Google Business Profile, website, call tracking and ad accounts. We use that access only to do the work, and you can remove it at any time.

RestorationFlow runs an internal Google Ads reporting tool that signs in with Google OAuth to the Google Ads API. It asks for one permission, the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), and only for Google Ads accounts that our team or a client has authorised.

  • What it accesses. Account names and IDs, campaign, ad group, keyword, ad and budget settings, and performance reports such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions.
  • How we use it. Only to report on and manage the advertising of the accounts we are authorised for: building reports, auditing settings and creating or changing accounts and campaigns at the account owner’s request.
  • Storage and processing. Sign-in tokens and pulled reports are kept on our own computers. To read and summarise reports, the connector passes the requested Google Ads data to Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic that we use as a service provider, only to answer our questions about that account. We do not copy Google Ads data into any other database.
  • Sharing. We do not sell Google user data, use it for ads targeting, or use it to develop or train AI models. Apart from Anthropic as described above, we do not share it with third parties. We share reports only with the owner of the account they describe.
  • Revoking access. You can remove the connector at any time from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by removing our access in Google Ads. Email us and we will delete any reports we hold for your account.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@restorationflow.agency.
